Jackie Soares has been living in Ireland since 2011, and it’s here that she was first introduced to yoga.
Her first “class” was an online video, which Jackie decided to watch only out of curiosity, as she has been passing by yoga studios on the way to work every day.
And she fell in love with it straight away! It quickly became her passion and she practiced every time she had a chance.
After Jackie’s first month of practicing yoga 4 times a week in a studio, with the guidance of a teacher, she was amazed how much stronger and more energetic she became. It made her feel great and she came to really enjoy this new lifestyle.
Jackie can safely say, yoga has reshaped her attitude towards life, and she felt much healthier and happier person because of it. It’s this life-changing experience she wants to share with as many people as possible, which is one of Jackie’s main motivations in becoming a yoga teacher.
Influenced by strong Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga, she aims to build an awareness of body and mind in students through physically challenging classes, and help them safely perform poses to the best of their ability with the correct alignment.
She completed Yoga Teacher Training at Samadhi under the guidance of amazing professional and inspirational teachers, to whom Jackie will always be grateful.

Laura Bolger went to her very first yoga class with her good friend in 2011. She was in awe and shock of how she felt after the class and during savasana (corpse pose). She felt a peace she had never experienced before. That was it, she had come home. Of course, life got in the way and she didn’t really start to regularly practice till a year or two later. When she did it become a way of life for her. She started to try out all different styles of yoga, choosing to practice ashtanga and teach vinyasa hatha style, at present.
She started reading books on the philosophy of yoga like The Bhagavad Gita. Eknath Easwaran and she has not stopped reading or practicing since. So the next logical step was yoga teacher training. She graduated in July 2017 after completing a 250 hour classic Hatha style yoga teacher training in Samadhi Dublin, with the most amazing and experienced teachers/mentors.
Laura will say, it was the best thing she has ever done. It got her out of her comfort zone completely and opened up her mind and body to an extent that cannot be measured…. as it is still opening up.
She is eager and excited to share her experience and knowledge with all. She will guide students into poses with correct alignment and within their personal limitations, ensuring they encapsulate the practice with a wonderful, restful savasana.
For Sara Makdessi, yoga is a tool to explore, feel and connect. When she teaches yoga, she likes to guide people into a journey of physical and emotional sensations. Gabriella Cervelli is yoga teacher, nature lover and a backpacker Gabriella (but she prefers to be called Gaby) is originally from Bella Italia but has been living in Ireland for 6 years and consider it her new home.
Trained in classical Hatha yoga, she loves to practice Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative and considers her style of teaching a mix of all those practices with a predominance of Vinyasa.
Gaby has a holistic approach, focusing on both the spiritual and physical aspect of Yoga during the whole length of the class. She likes to emphasize that Yoga is not about being able to reach our toes, it’s about the action and the feeling that each pose gives us. She also loves to set an intention for each class, which relates to both body and soul and she builds her classes around that intention.
